"Somewhere between the bright and dark, between Utopia and Dystopia, you can find "No Place" of Connor Drew. A Series of 16 moving images melting into each other, creating the possible envisioning of the future.  The onlooker gets the ambiguous feeling of what kind of landscapes are extending in 2048 or 2084...The very first impression is a romantic vision of human being living in symbiosis with nature. But almost the same time we notice the dithering effect, the "noise" in the peaceful landscapes.  Different grids of countless scars of the digital age unifying computer users.  Also the colour range changes from optimistic "trippy" scales into dark and gloomy atmosphere.  Are the future people sleeping or gone? Are the remaining nations living already elsewhere? Watching the projection makes one feel like there is no time line.  We are in the future and in the past at the same time. Digitalized."
